Maura and Jim were both inducted into the American College of Mortgage Attorneys … which after several years of virtualization due to the pandemic has returned to live meetings.

If you’ve been with us for a while, you probably know about our holiday ginger snaps mail-out to clients.  Sounds simple, but there are logistics issues:  Salesforce doesn’t automate cookies yet.   We also conduct a certain amount of experimentation and bartering with our bakers every year about the exact recipe.  We’re probably sticking with the ginger snaps … one year we switched it up and sent chocolate chip, and We Got Calls from lenders in Dallas and New York.  “Thanks, but what happened to the ginger snaps?”  Each new season adds a few steps to the test kitchen journey.  Planning for next holiday season already is underway.
